Are you a careful and calculating individual who is known for getting the job done right? We are in need of a heavy equipment operator to handle cuts, fills and grading. You will be a key member of our team, working with your colleagues to bring commercial development plans to reality. Depending on the tasks to be completed, you may run excavators, bulldozers, loaders and rollers. You will report to a project superintendent / foreman and have the opportunity to work at a variety of sites to prepare the ground for construction.

Falcone & Sons Inc. is currently seeking attentive, experienced CDL drivers to join our team! The ability to operate a stick or manual transmission, load and unload equipment and operate a rolloff truck is a plus. Drivers must posess a valid CDL license, a clean MVR and the ability to pass the annual DOT physical.

Do you have solid experience in commercial site development, an outstanding leadership personality & the ability to make decisions in complex situations? Then, we may be looking for you to join our team! The Foreman must possess an extensive knowledge of construction operations, equipment, plans / blueprints, & good math skills. The Foreman is also required to play a supervisory role by allocating & delegating responsibilities, resolving any emerging problems or issues, training & giving feedback to crew members. Preparing & presenting progress reports, field reports & timesheets.
